PILOT TERMS OF SERVICE

Clear terms for responsible forecasting

These pilot terms govern access to Timastra Collect. A signed order form or negotiated agreement overrides these terms where it expressly says so.

Effective September 2, 2026 · Version 2026-09-02 · Pilot service

Version and acceptance

Version 2026-09-02, effective September 2, 2026. An organization owner must affirmatively accept this version and acknowledge the current Privacy Notice before creating a workspace or starting paid checkout. Timastra Collect retains the accepted version, account identity, email, and timestamp as agreement evidence.

Service and accounts

Timastra Collect provides accounts-receivable forecasting, collection workflow, reporting, and related decision support. The organization owner controls membership and is responsible for authorized use, accurate account information, and promptly removing access that is no longer needed.

Customer responsibilities

You must have authority to submit and process the data you place in Timastra Collect, maintain lawful customer communications, review forecasts before acting, protect exported files, and use the service only for legitimate business purposes. You may not probe security controls, disrupt the service, upload malicious content, impersonate others, or use Timastra Collect for unlawful discrimination, harassment, or autonomous adverse credit decisions.

Data and confidentiality

Your organization retains its rights in submitted business data. You grant Timastra Collect the limited right to process it to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. Each party must protect the other party’s confidential information and use it only for the agreed purpose. Aggregate analytics must not identify an organization, customer, or individual.

Plans, suspension, and termination

Plan limits and subscription state are enforced in the product. Displayed pricing, the Billing, cancellation, and refund policy, provider checkout, or a signed order governs fees. Where enabled, Stripe, Polar, or Lemon Squeezy hosts subscription payment collection and payment-method management; signed provider events control paid subscription status. Access may be restricted for misuse, security risk, nonpayment, or legal necessity. Cancellation does not silently delete records. A verified owner may export and permanently delete the organization data.

Financial-decision disclaimer

Timastra Collect is decision-support software—not an accounting ledger, bank statement, audit, tax opinion, legal opinion, credit bureau, collection guarantee, or promise of available cash. Forecasts depend on entered data and explainable assumptions. Users must reconcile source records, consider uncertainty, and apply professional judgment before financing, payroll, tax, credit, collection, or investment decisions.

Availability and liability

The pilot is provided with the documented support and recovery targets, not an unconditional uptime guarantee. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss. Any negotiated liability cap or mandatory legal right in a signed agreement controls over this summary.

Changes and governing law

Material changes will be identified by version and effective date. Continued use after notice means acceptance unless a signed agreement provides otherwise. The governing law and venue are stated in the applicable order form or contracting-entity terms, without limiting non-waivable local rights. Open a Legal or DPA request through Help & legal for notices or contract questions.
